Processing Time  All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Germany or Shanghai, China, depending on stock availability. We offer standard shipping, with an estimated transit time of 7-15 business days after dispatch from either warehouse, depending on the destination and customs clearance where applicable.

Shipping Costs  We offer free standard shipping to all countries currently served by our store.

Order Tracking  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier's website.
